Career Advisor (M/F)

ETHIC Recrutement is supporting a recognized higher education institution in its search for a Career Center Coordinator specializing in finance professions, in order to support students in their professional integration and to strengthen relationships with partner companies in the sector. Within the Career Center, you will play a key role in supporting students and developing corporate relations, particularly in the fields of finance, banking, consulting, and auditing. In this capacity, your main missions will be: Support students in their professional projects and their internship/job search;

Advise students on career opportunities and professions related to finance;

Develop and maintain relationships with partner companies;

Ensure the follow-up of recruitments and professional opportunities;

Participate in the implementation of actions promoting student employability;

Collaborate with pedagogical teams and professional speakers.

Profile sought: We are looking for a profile with a good knowledge of the finance universe and its professions, in order to effectively support students and interact with companies in the sector. Ideally, you possess: Experience in higher education, recruitment, corporate relations, or career coaching;

A good understanding of finance professions (corporate finance, audit, consulting, banking, market finance, asset management, etc.);

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;

A strong capacity for listening and support;

A bilingual or professional fluent level of English is imperative, in an international environment;

Good mastery of office and digital tools.
