Design Engineer, Development Department

Design Engineer in the Development Department — taking a product from idea to field implementation.

Here you will design and develop systems in the field of formwork, safety, and support equipment, and see your work actually come to life.

• Product design and development from the concept stage to full implementation
• Engineering solutions for projects, including calculations, simulations, models, and drawings for manufacturing
• Ongoing work with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and operations — and also with manufacturers and suppliers in Israel and abroad
• Improvement and adaptation of existing products, integration between systems, and planning of experiments and tests
• Full engineering documentation, reporting to the Development Department Manager

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with systems thinking, attention to detail, and high independence — someone who translates an idea into a feasible solution in the field.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering — mandatory
• At least two years of experience in product development, systems, or engineering solutions in the construction, industry, metal, or mechanical systems sectors
• Experience working with manufacturing, procurement, suppliers, and field personnel
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, assemblies, welding, sheet metal, metalworking, supply chain, and manufacturing costs
• High proficiency in SolidWorks — Sheet Metal, Weldments, assemblies, drawings, and simulations
• High level of proficiency in technical English
• Ability to make decisions under pressure, work in a team and with multiple interfaces, and maintain organized documentation

Advantage:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD / DraftSight, PDM / PLM systems, or Priority
• Knowledge in electricity, command and control, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Experience in developing formwork, safety systems, lifting equipment, modular systems, or metal constructions
• Experience in experiments, load testing, and validation, and the use of AI tools for design and research
