Requisitos:
- Engineering in Mecatrónica, Mecánica Industrial, Electromecánica, Procesos de Producción or related.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Técnico de Moldes or in similar positions.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of molds.
- Knowledge of plastic injection and blow molding processes.
- Handling of CNC and EDM machines and tools.
- Interpretation of 2D and 3D technical drawings.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Experience in mold changes, fault diagnosis, and component repair.
- Handling of overhead cranes and hoists, as well as knowledge of industrial safety.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the mold technical team.
- Plan and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and ensure the release of molds for production.
- Manage spare parts, tools, and mold inventory.
- Implement improvements to reduce downtime and optimize mold changes.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
