Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall business operations and strategic development of the company.
• Manage engineering, mechanical, scaffolding and construction-related projects.
• Develop business opportunities, client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Lead tender submissions, project budgeting, cost control and contract negotiations.
• Supervise project teams, manpower planning, procurement and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor financial performance, profitability and business growth.
• Report to shareholders and oversee company management.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in engineering, construction or industrial services management.
• Strong leadership, business development and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction industry practices and safety requirements.
• Experience in tendering, contract administration and financial management.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
