Junior Telesales Representative

Job Description Estavo is a PropTech company building tools that help real-estate brokers run and grow their businesses using technology and AI. We are looking for energetic Junior Telesales Representatives to join our growing sales team in Sheraton, Cairo. You don't need years of experience. We're looking for people who communicate well, learn quickly, enjoy speaking with customers, and want to build a career in sales. What You'll Do Contact real-estate brokers by phone and WhatsApp.

Introduce brokers to Estavo and explain how the platform can help their business.

Help new brokers create and activate their free Estavo website.

Follow up with brokers until their website is complete and live.

Encourage active brokers to add their own property listings and use their website regularly.

Understand the broker's needs and identify potential sales opportunities.

Keep customer information and follow-up activities organized.

Work toward daily and monthly activity and activation targets.

Receive continuous sales coaching, product training, and feedback from the team.

Previous experience or training in sales, telesales, customer service, call centers, or real estate is an advantage but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable making calls and speaking with new people.

Confident, energetic, and able to handle rejection positively.

Good follow-up and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn and improve through coaching.

Basic computer and internet skills.

Interest in sales, technology, startups, or real estate is a plus.

Available for full-time work. The role may be on-site in Sheraton, hybrid, or remote depending on the candidate and team requirements.
