The Construcap Internship Program offers a market-compatible stipend, practical learning on construction sites, and a structured development journey, with the possibility of continuing as a trainee after graduation. Areas of operation: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Construction Management.

Responsibilities and assignments What you will find in the program:

• Job rotation in the main business areas, providing complete immersion in the Construcap culture;
• Technical and behavioral training throughout the entire journey;
• Continuous monitoring to support your professional development;
• Practical experience on construction sites, with active participation in real challenges and projects;
• Structured track: 6 months as an Intern + 12 months as a Trainee;
• Total program duration: 18 months.

Requirements and qualifications Requirements:

• Degree in Administration or Accounting Sciences (Bachelor's);
• Expected graduation for December 2026;
• Intermediate level English;
• Availability to work in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Minas Gerais.
