We are looking for friendly, responsible and service-oriented individuals to join our clinic team on a part-time basis. Job Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional clinic experience.
• Assist with client check-ins and appointment coordination.
• Prepare consultation rooms and assist doctors with basic clinical support.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment notes.
• Ensure the clinic is clean, organised and presentable.
• Support daily clinic operations and work closely with the doctors and Client Relations team.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare or front-desk roles is an advantage.
• Friendly, approachable and professional personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organised and attentive to detail.
• Able to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work on a flexible part-time roster, including weekends where required.
