needed in Liverpool Paying £14.41 per hr ref 377947 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Design, implement, maintain, and support ICT infrastructure and technology solutions. Administer and support business applications, software platforms, and digital services. Configure, monitor, and manage infrastructure across physical, virtualised, and cloud-based environments. Support the implementation of new technologies, system upgrades, and transformation initiatives. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents, problems, and service requests. Support systems integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation activities. Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and support materials. Assist in the development and implementation of technical standards, policies, and best practices. Monitor system performance, security, and availability to ensure operational resilience. Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality ICT services. Identify opportunities for service improvement, automation, and increased operational efficiency. Participate in project delivery activities and contribute technical expertise to business change programmes. Ensure compliance with information security, governance, and organisational standards.
