Housing Options Officer

Ideal Candidate Profile The manager is looking for a fully competent Housing Options Officer who can: Manage cases from triage through to final homelessness decisions. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Housing Reduction Act (HRA) . Understand homelessness legislation, case law and the five homelessness tests. Conduct investigations, complete assessments and draft decision letters independently. Handle complex caseloads without significant training or support.
