Your tasks
_Data Analysis and Insight Development_
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities.
- Develop robust analytical products that provide meaningful insight into service performance and business outcomes.
- Interpret and communicate analytical findings in a clear and accessible manner.
- Produce business-focused recommendations based on data evidence and intelligence.
- Support strategic and operational decision-making through the provision of high-quality analysis and insight.
- Respond to ad hoc requests for data analysis and intelligence.
_Data Product Development_
- Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports and other data products.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into effective reporting and analytical solutions.
- Support the development of self-service reporting tools and performance frameworks.
- Ensure data products are accurate, user-friendly and aligned to business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analytics and insight capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of data standards and best practice.
_Business Intelligence and Performance Reporting_
- Develop and maintain management information and performance reporting systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting on service outcomes.
- Support the creation of performance frameworks and measurement methodologies.
- Identify emerging trends and areas requiring improvement or intervention.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
