Quality Management Analyst

Responsibilities and duties

• Review and approve normative documents (SOPs, ITs, Specifications, etc.) ensuring compliance with GMPs and 21 CFR.
• Elaborate and technically validate MMRs, ensuring the accuracy of formulas and process controls.
• Perform process and structural audits in sectors, generating compliance reports and monitoring the correction of deviations.
• Manage the qualification of suppliers and industrializers, including the preparation of Quality Technical Agreements (QTAs) and the review of production dossiers.
• Act in the migration and implementation of the quality management software, structuring flows and ensuring the integrity of the audit trail.
• Coordinate periodic total traceability exercises and recall simulations.
• Map and validate new intersectoral operational flows, ensuring standardization and compliance with GMP, 21 CFR, and NSF standards.
• Monitor and update HACCP, Food Safety, and Food Defense plans.
• Provide technical training for the entire organization, ensuring cultural integration and effectiveness measurement.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related areas.
• Consolidated experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on Document Management and Audits in regulated industries.
• Proficiency in Pacote Office/Google Workspace.
• Intermediate/advanced English.

Differentials:

• Experience in projects migrating physical QMS to digital, with mapping and automation of intersectoral flows.
• Having actively participated in migration or implementation projects of quality management software.
• Lead Auditor training in Food Safety standards. Mastery of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and international standards (NSF 455-2 and FDA/21 CFR Part 111 guidelines).
