BI Analyst (On-site)

Responsibilities and assignments

• Previous experience in BI, Growth, E-commerce, CRM, Marketing Analytics, or related areas.
• Ability to analyze sales data, customer behavior, and digital channel performance.
• Knowledge in building dashboards and business indicators.
• Familiarity with e-commerce metrics and digital funnels, such as conversion, traffic, revenue, average ticket, repurchase, CAC, LTV, and retention.
• Good communication to translate technical analyses into practical recommendations for managers and business areas.
• Investigative profile, organized, and with the ability to prioritize high-impact demands.
• Critical vision to question numbers, validate hypotheses, and propose improvements.
• Knowledge of BI tools, advanced spreadsheets, and databases.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Administration, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Engineering, or related areas;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Experience with management dashboards;
• Intermediate level of English;
• Previous experience in the market intelligence area;
