International Recruitment Officer (M/F) (M/F)
As part of the development of its Bachelor in Management International (BMI) program, ESSCA is looking for an International Recruitment Officer for a temporary mission, acting as a true ambassador for the School in international markets.
Reporting to the Development Department, you will contribute to the recruitment of international students for the Bachelor program. In this capacity, you will lead promotion, prospecting, and conversion actions within your geographical areas and work in close collaboration with internal teams (programs, admissions, international marketing, careers, alumni).
Your main responsibilities
International recruitment & promotion
- Represent ESSCA in priority markets: international fairs, school visits (high schools, universities), meetings with local partners
- Select, organize, and host recruitment events both in-person and remotely (webinars, information sessions, partner events)
- Support prospects throughout the candidate journey, up to enrollment
Sales management & performance
- Manage and feed the recruitment pipeline via the CRM
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the annual recruitment and conversion plan
- Monitor performance indicators (applications, conversion rates, revenue) and produce regular reporting
Market intelligence & strategic development
- Develop in-depth expertise in your geographical areas: educational, economic, and geopolitical monitoring
- Conduct competitive and market analyses
- Develop a business plan per zone and propose new commercial actions
Characteristics of the proposed position
Location: Angers/Lyon or Paris (Boulogne-Billancourt) campus Fixed-term contract (CDD) as soon as possible until 12/31/2026 Working hours: full-time Remuneration: fixed + performance bonus Status: TAM
Flexible hours and travel within France and abroad required (valid passport)
You hold at least a Bac+3 degree, ideally in international business, marketing, communication, or higher education, and have proven experience in higher education or international recruitment.
Comfortable in international and multicultural environments, you have developed a strong commercial culture and true expertise in candidate/client relations. You are fluent in English and master sales and negotiation techniques, from prospecting to conversion. CRM tools and digital environments are part of your daily routine.
Orally, you know how to convince and represent an institution with impact to diverse audiences.
Proactive and results-oriented, you enjoy taking on challenges and committing to ambitious objectives. Autonomous and organized, you know how to manage your priorities in a fast-moving context.
You demonstrate flexibility in working hours and are ready to travel regularly, in France and internationally, depending on events and fairs.
Finally, you enjoy teamwork and have a sincere interest in educational and international issues.
