Student Experience Officer (M/F)

As part of a temporary replacement, we are looking for a Student Experience Officer for a mission that can last until July 2027.

Your mission:

Contribute to making the Aix-en-Provence campus a lively, inclusive, and inspiring place for all students.

Under the responsibility of the Director of the Aix campus, you will be a key player in student animation, a facilitator for associative projects, and a privileged interlocutor on matters of well-being and prevention.

Your missions:

Main missions:

Animation of student and associative life on campus:

• Encourage and support student initiatives: analyze and support requests for events/activities after agreement from the campus management.
• Monitor associative activities and collaborate with other campuses to ensure the consistency of the Student Experience and ensure reporting.
• Participate in the development of the activity calendar and communication.
• Facilitate the establishment of partnerships and actions with local stakeholders.

Advice and support:

• Welcome and support students as well as members of student association boards in project development, and the search for partnerships, and more specifically regarding prevention, health, well-being, and the handi-inclusion policy.
• Participate in the welcome and integration of international students.
• Train the boards and members of student associations.

Prevention and well-being:

• Implement prevention and awareness activities on campus (health, well-being, handi-inclusion policy) in collaboration with the Student Experience Direction.

Participation in events

• Contribute to the highlights of the campus and the ESSCA Group.
• Participate in the construction and monitoring of the budget allocated for Student Experience activities for the dedicated campus.

You hold a degree of at least Bac +3 level and you have a first experience in the social, associative, or prevention field, and you are well acquainted with the higher education universe as well as the functioning of student associations.

You have already led projects and you are comfortable with office tools. A good knowledge of the issues related to prevention, inclusion, and diversity would be an asset.

You possess excellent interpersonal skills and represent the institution with diplomacy and professionalism. You demonstrate organization, creativity, listening skills, and enjoy teamwork, while being proactive.

You are proficient in English, both written and spoken, and you are capable of budget monitoring.
