Pedagogical Assistant (M/F)
As part of a replacement within the Direction des Etudes on the Paris campus, we are looking for a Pedagogical Assistant for a duration of four months. Your mission will be to guarantee the administrative management of teaching.
Main missions:
- Welcome and inform students.
- Schedule courses by collecting teacher availability and/or programming them in the ERP (including room reservations);
- Distribute course materials, handle cancellations and postponements, declare ancillary activity hours;
- Participate in exam management;
- Ensure student academic follow-up: monitoring absences, discipline, etc.;
- Ensure the follow-up of grades (continuous assessments, intermediate and final exams);
- Welcome and manage external speakers/professors: travel and various reservations, expense reports, invoices, manage contractual relations by coordinating with the RH team;
- Process information/documents and updates on platforms;
- Participate in budget preparation;
Occasional missions
- Participate in the organization of specific events/manifestations.
Holding a Bac+2/3 degree with an administrative focus, you have significant professional experience and a good knowledge of the higher education environment.
Comfortable with office and collaborative tools (Pack Office, OneDrive, intranet), you practice professional English both orally and in writing.
In addition to your excellent interpersonal skills, your sense of service and teamwork, it is also your abilities to adapt, anticipate, and react, combined with your autonomy and sense of diplomacy, that will constitute your main assets to thrive in your missions.
Characteristics of the proposed position:
- Contract: fixed-term contract;
- Contract duration: 4 months;
- Working time: full time (35 hours/week)
