A leading defense company in the Shefela region is looking for a Mechanical Engineer for the design of tools and fixtures, to join a challenging engineering role that includes the design and development of production tools, engineering solutions, and support for advanced production processes.

Your tasks

Job Description Design and development of production tools, fixtures, molds, lifting devices, transport, measurement, and assembly equipment. Performing mechanical design for various fields, including machining, composite materials, and integration. Design and writing of production process files for parts and mechanisms. Development, improvement, and implementation of engineering changes to existing tools. Writing technical specifications and characterizations for the design and production of tools and fixtures. Routine work with subcontractors and support of production processes. Providing engineering solutions for malfunctions and challenges in production processes. Working with production engineers and other engineering interfaces.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory. At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design – Mandatory. Experience in design using SolidWorks – Mandatory. At least 3 years of experience in the design of tools and fixtures – Significant advantage. Experience working with NX – Advantage. Deep knowledge in reading technical drawings – Mandatory. Familiarity with the coatings field – Advantage. Good level of English. Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and willingness to work overtime as needed.
