Must-have:Security

Help people get back to work. Get hands-on with Microsoft 365.

At Esmegen Consultants, we’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our managed IT services team in Singapore. You’ll work directly with customers, helping with everyday IT issues and handling the Microsoft 365 administration that keeps their teams working.

A new joiner needs their laptop and accounts ready on day one. A user can’t get into a shared mailbox. An Android device won’t enrol. If you enjoy working out what went wrong, fixing it and keeping people updated along the way, you’ll enjoy the variety of this role.

What you’ll do

  • Support users with Windows PCs, laptops and everyday Microsoft 365 issues. Own your tickets, keep users updated and document how you resolved each issue.
  • Use the Microsoft 365 admin center and Microsoft Entra ID to onboard and offboard users, reset passwords, assign licences and manage Conditional Access policies.
  • Administer Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online, including shared mailboxes and distribution groups.
  • Manage Windows and Android devices in Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment and Windows Update deployment.
  • Manage Microsoft Defender settings, review security alerts and read audit logs to investigate issues.
  • Raise support cases with Microsoft when needed and follow up through to resolution.

What you’ll bring

  • Completed Microsoft training relevant to Microsoft 365 administration or endpoint management.
  • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 admin center, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune and Exchange Online.
  • A practical approach to troubleshooting and the ability to explain what’s happening in plain language.
  • The habit of following up, especially when a fix takes longer than expected.

Interested?

Send us your CV and tell us which Microsoft training you’ve completed. We’d also love to hear about one Microsoft 365 issue you handled yourself and how you resolved it.
