Oversee daily operations. Oversee professional development and well-being of staff. To be well informed and updated of government regulations, quality assurance framework (Child Care Act, SPARK) Job Requirements: Diploma in Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L) / Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) or equivalent Registered with ECDA and attained a L2 certification Principals with SPARK 2.0 experience will be preferred. Possess valid certificate in first aid recognised by ECDA Good interpersonal and communication skills
