Office Administrator
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hands-on Office Administrator to help keep our office running smoothly. The role will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, including pantry and office supplies, facilities coordination, events and general office upkeep. This is a hands-on role that works closely with employees, vendors and building management to ensure the office remains organised, welcoming and well-supported. The successful candidate should be comfortable taking initiative, helping where needed and handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day operations and administration of the office. Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, pantry supplies and other general office necessities. Arrange the purchase and delivery of pantry and office supplies. Coordinate the ordering and printing of name cards and other office materials. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier arrangements and deliveries. Receive and distribute office deliveries and documents to employees. Maintain proper records of office supplies, purchases and deliveries. Assist with visitor arrangements and provide general support to employees and guests. Liaise with building management on office access, facilities and maintenance matters. Coordinate with cleaning service providers and other vendors for office-related services. Assist with employee onboarding and preparation of workstations, access cards and other office requirements. Provide administrative and logistical support for company events and activities. Assist with event preparation, set-up and coordination as required. Support marketing events and other company activities when required. Liaise with suppliers, contractors and service providers on office-related matters. Perform other ad hoc administrative, operational and office support duties as assigned by management. Requirements Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in office administration, office support or a similar role preferred. Good organisational and time-management skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Responsible, reliable and service-oriented.
