For a long-term customer project with the option of permanent employment, we are looking for an experienced
Design Engineer (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Development and design of industrial ovens and thermal process plants according to specific customer requirements
- Creation of technical drawings and bills of materials
- Collaboration with the sales and project management team to understand customer requirements and translate them into innovative solutions
- Optimization of existing designs with regard to performance, efficiency, and safety
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, training as a technician, or a comparable qualification
- several years of design experience in special machine construction, ideally in the design of industrial ovens
- sound knowledge of 3D CAD software, preferably SOLID WORKS
- understanding of thermal processes and thermal technology is an advantage
- knowledge of materials science and manufacturing technology
- good English skills
- proficient use of MS-Office
