Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities and assignments Support General and Tax Accounting, following accounting criteria as well as EARJ internal guidelines. Work closely with Accounting Coordinator, in order to: Confirm and analyze lower complexity data typed into the Accountancy System made by other departments; Analysis of all balance sheet accounts; Support to all declarations such as DCTF, SPEDs, DIRF, etc, and closing accounts and accounting books; Make extra cash vouchers registering; Make internal control reports; Elaborate/analyze and reconcile the registers; Receive bank statements from the Treasury department, verifying non-sequential dates for reconciliation of banks; Classify stock provision and adjustments detected in the reports (in’s and out’s); Arrange/organize account affairs monthly, putting them in files which will allow consultation from his/her supervisor and other departments; Collect data and information in order to prepare the declaration requested by the Federal Bureau; Give support to external audits.

Requirements and qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Basic English proficiency, with a strong interest in developing and improving language skills. Minimum: 3 years experience Experience Previous experience in Tax Accounting; Membership in local accounting council (CRC) would be a plus; Experience in school the same size as EARJ.
