What will you do?

As Shiftleader, you are responsible for managing and coordinating the service staff and ensuring a high level of service. You are the point of contact on the floor and ensure that the daily operation runs smoothly, with an eye for both guest satisfaction and team dynamics. Additionally, you actively participate in service during shifts.

• Hospitality is in your DNA; you want people to leave with a big smile!
• You are hospitable, representative, and possess strong communication skills.
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a service staff member.
• You are stress-resistant and able to handle peak moments.
• You are available to work on weekends.
• A good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus.
• As a resident of Amsterdam (and surrounding areas), you are the local hero we are looking for.
