Sales Assistant Export (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for 1 Sales Assistant Export (m/f/d)

YOUR FUTURE TASKS:

• You are one of the most important interfaces between inside & outside
• You work closely with our Area Manager, who is out in the market, with our distribution partners abroad and with internal departments such as production planning and logistics
• Our Area Manager wins new projects - you ensure that the goods arrive reliably and on time at the customer
• You love administrative tasks - this includes the order processing of export business, for which, for example, the preparation of certificates of origin, shipping documents or the requesting of external documents is necessary

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• You have completed commercial training and/or bring initial professional experience
• You speak & write English very well and bring good French skills
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and your sense of responsibility characterize you
• You already bring very good MS-Office skills and have no hesitation to learn new IT programs
• Your workplace is located in 2111 Harmannsdorf, therefore a private car is required

• For this position, a collective agreement minimum monthly salary applies from EUR 2,700.00 gross on a full-time basis.
