Sales Support (m/w/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for 1 Sales Support (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• You work closely with our Sales Managers and act as the central interface between customers and internal departments
• You take over communication with our international customers - initially in writing and by telephone, later also in person during visits
• You create offers, sales documents, and other documents that make an impression
• You organize customer samples, customer appointments, and visits - including tastings
• You coordinate customer and development projects, keep an eye on deadlines, and ensure smooth processes - from the inquiry to implementation
• You support the processing of complaints and find solutions together with the team

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• You have completed commercial training
• You already have initial professional experience, preferably in a comparable position where you have worked with customers and taken on organizational tasks
• You are a communication talent - both written and oral - and approach different personalities with openness and empathy
• A sense of responsibility, initiative, and a structured way of working characterize you
• Very good English skills (written & oral) are a matter of course for you, as you communicate with international customers daily - you need both for daily communication with our customers; additional languages are a plus
• You enjoy developing yourself, taking on new tasks, and growing together with us
• Your workplace is located in 2111 Rückersdorf, therefore a car is required

• For this position, the minimum monthly salary according to the collective agreement is EUR 2,500.- gross. Overpayment is possible depending on qualification and experience.
