We are looking for a motivated Systems Engineer (L1 Technical Support) to support daily system operations and resolve basic technical issues across Singapore.
- Provide Level 1 technical support and troubleshoot basic system or operational issues.
- Monitor daily operations and assist in maintaining system readiness and service standards.
- Coordinate with workshop mechanics and internal teams across Singapore to investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Log incidents, track progress, escalate unresolved issues and follow up on resolutions.
- Support onsite technical activities and operational requirements when needed.
- Prepare basic reports and updates on issues, actions taken and resolution status.
Requirements
This role is suitable for candidates with a technical background in electrical & electronic, or those with basic technical support experience who are keen to learn. Training will be provided to help you develop the skills needed for the role.
Job Requirements
- Possess basic technical troubleshooting skills or relevant technical/operations support experience.
- Candidates with an electrical & electronic engineering-related background
- Good communication and coordination skills when working with different teams.
- Willing to learn, adaptable and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license or own motorbike (Transport Claim for work is given)
- Comfortable travelling to different locations across Singapore when required.
- Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
What we offer
Salary: Up to S$4,300 + 1 Month Completion Bonus
