The Opportunity

AI & Data is one of EY's most strategic growth areas. We are now looking for a Senior Manager who wants to lead and develop our AI & Data business in Malmö. You will combine business development, leadership, and client work while becoming an important part of the AI & Data Sweden leadership team.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI & Data in the region, develop a growing team, and help our clients create business value through data, analytics, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AI & Data team in Malmö, with responsibility for both delivery and competence development
• Build and develop long-term client relationships within the consumer, energy, and public sectors
• Drive business development, sales, and market growth for EY's AI & Data offering in the region
• Lead complex AI & Data transformations from strategy to implementation and realization of business value
• Be an active part of the AI & Data Sweden management group and contribute to the strategic development of the business nationally
• Contribute to EY's national and global AI initiatives through collaboration, exchange of experience, and development of best practices

Skills and attributes for success

We are looking for you who have:

• Substantial experience (8–15 years) in AI, data, and analytics, with documented experience in leading deliveries, driving transformation, and developing businesses
• Documented experience in business development, sales, and client responsibility in leading consulting roles
• Experience in building and developing teams as well as coaching and inspiring employees
• Experience from the consulting industry or similar
• Good communication skills in English (Swedish is a merit but not a requirement)
• Preferably industry experience from the consumer, energy, or public sector
