The Opportunity
AI & Data is a rapidly growing and prioritized area within EY Technology Consulting. We are looking for a senior consultant with experience in AI Engineering and modern AI development who wants to help organizations create value with next-generation AI solutions. With us, you will work with generative AI, AI agents, and modern AI platforms, from idea to implementation in production.
Responsibilities
As a senior consultant in AI & Data, you will:
Work in project roles as a developer, solution architect, advisor, or project manager Design, develop, and implement AI solutions that create business value for our clients Develop and deploy AI solutions and AI agents with a focus on quality, security, and scalability Work closely with clients to identify use cases and translate business needs into technical solutions Collaborate with colleagues nationally and globally to create value and spread best practices
Skills and attributes for success
We are looking for you who have:
2–5 years of professional experience in AI, AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar Practical experience in designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions in a production environment Experience with modern AI technologies, for example generative AI, agent-based solutions, or AI-driven applications Experience from the consulting industry or similar Meritorious is a conceptual understanding of AI architecture A master's degree with good academic merits or equivalent Good communication skills in English (Swedish is meritorious but not a requirement)
It is meritorious if you have experience in the following areas:
AI Engineering & Modern AI
Development and implementation of AI applications and LLM-based solutions RAG, AI agents, and agentic workflows Evaluation and optimization of AI systems AI governance, security, and responsible AI
Platforms and technologies
Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks Vector databases and search technologies Azure, AWS, or GCP
