Full Stack Developer (Senior Associate), Consulting

Join EY and shape your future with confidence. The opportunity As a Senior Associate, you will design, develop, and implement scalable application solutions for enterprise clients. You will work across the full technology stack, collaborating with architects, business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to deliver digital transformation initiatives. The role requires hands-on development expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to support project delivery in a consulting environment. Your key responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using modern technologies. Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications. Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations. Participate in technical design discussions and solution architecture reviews. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs. Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures. Work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. Support client workshops, user testing, deployment activities, and post-go-live support. Contribute to proposal development, estimations, and technical solutioning where required. To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. 3 to 5 years of hands-on full stack development experience. Experience delivering enterprise applications in consulting, system integrator, or large corporate environments. Experience working in Agile delivery teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment Frontend React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or equivalent frameworks JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI Backend Java Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.js, or Python RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Database SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is advantageous Cloud & DevOps Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform Docker and Kubernetes Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, or equivalent CI/CD tools Preferred Skills Cloud certification (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Experience with API integrations and middleware platforms Application security and secure coding practices Experience with AI, GenAI, or low-code platforms is a plus Experience working with government, financial services, telecommunications, or large enterprise clients What we look for Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
