Your tasks

In this role you will be responsible for programming, operating and troubleshooting a range of products for different industries ensuring production lines remain operational and clean to support product delivery. You will play a key role in the Production, Programming and Operating multiple machines ensuring all products meet required standards within deadlines.

• Accurately interpret technical drawings
• Operate multiple machines working on a range of products
• Maintain machine cleanliness
• Program different CNC Machines
• Troubleshooting

Requirements

Are you a Junior Machinist or similar who wants to work for a company where you will have 1 on 1 training from industry experts to quickly progress your career while benefitting from flexibility and clear long career progression?

This role would suit a Junior CNC Machinist or similar who's ready to join a company who support and mentor their employees through apprenticeship into supervisory roles whilst benefitting from training courses and flexibility around your work, with a minimum of 10 hours overtime weekly to greatly increase your OTE.

• Relevant Engineering qualification
• Commutable to Redruth

What we offer

Redruth, Cornwall £14.50 - £16.50 + 10 Hour Overtime OTE £35,500 + Pension + 28 Days Annual Leave
