Fleet Support Engineer

Your tasks

Lancaster Do you have a mechanical or welding background, or something similar? Are you looking for a varied, workshop-based role where you will own the fleet maintenance process within a business that provides multiple routes of progression, alongside access to regular overtime and bonuses to advance your career?

In this role you will oversee the returning hire vehicles and inspect them for wear or defects, producing reports to determine cost responsibility by distinguishing between customer damage and routine maintenance. You will provide repair estimates to assist with invoicing and preform hands on repairs within the workshop.

• Hands on repairs within the workshop
• Produce damage reports
• Work closely with the hire team around maintenance planning

Requirements

This role would suit someone with a Mechanical background or similar looking to join a company that will providing training to upskill and offer multiple pathways of progression.

What we offer

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Fleet Vehicles) £15.00 PH - £18.00 PH (£36,000 - £43,000 OTE) + Bonus + Overtime + Progression
