Mawdesley Are you an Architectural Assistant with your Part 2 or similar, looking to join a growing Architecture company working through RIBA stages 0-7 that offers in-house training with industry professionals and opportunities to go through your Part 3 to further develop your career?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing Architecture company that works from RIBA stages 0-7, predominantly in the residential sector. Due to an opening in the office, they are looking to employ another member in their skillfull design team.

Your tasks

This varied role will involve working cradle-to-grave from RIBA stages 0-7, seeing you working from concept to planning, presenting to clients and running your own jobs.

• Working through concept to planning
• Presenting to clients
• Working with building regulations
• Mon - Fri (8 am - 5 pm) 40hr week (Flexible start/finish time)

Requirements

This role would suit an Architectural Assistant with a Part 2 or similar, looking to join an Architectural Company operating in the residential sector, offering in-house training with industry professionals and opportunities to go through your Part 3.

The Person

• Part 2 Architectural Assistant or similar
• Background using AutoCAD or similar
• Commutable to Mawdesley

What we offer

£28,000 - £35,000 + Part 3 Funding + In-House Training + Flexible Start/Finish Time
