HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

The Construction HR Officer is responsible for managing and supporting human resource activities for construction projects, including recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, compliance, and site manpower requirements. The position ensures that employees and project workers are properly documented, monitored, and supported in accordance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Phycology, Business Administration, or related field. *Preferably with 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, engineering, manpower, or project-based operations. *Knowledge of basic Philippines labor laws and HR Practices. *Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and personnel documentation. *Proficient in Microsoft Office, Particularly Excel and Word. *Good written and verbal communication skills. *Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. *Can work independently and coordinate effectively with project/site personnel. *Willing to conduct field/site visits and work in a construction-site environment. *Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Preferred Qualification: *Experience handling construction workers, project-based employees, skilled workers, and site personnel. *Familiarity with DOLE requirements and construction-site HR documentation. *Knowledge of employee discipline and incident investigation procedures. *Experience with HRIS, Payroll system, or digital attendance system. *Willingness to work flexible hours when projects requirements demand it.
