BUILDING ARCHITECT

The building Architect is responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and monitoring building projects to ensure that all architectural works comply with approved plans, applicable building codes, safety standards, project requirements, and company specifications. The position works closely with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and management to ensure proper execution and completion of construction projects.

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualification: *Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. *Must be a Licensed and Registered Architect (R.A.) in the Philippines, preferably with a valid Professional Identification Card (PIC). *Preferably with experience in building design, construction, site supervision, or project management. *Knowledgeable in Philippine building codes, architectural standards, and applicable construction regulations. *Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural/design software. *Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D modeling, or other BIM software is an advantage. *Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering plans. *Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and specifications. *Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. *Good organizational and time-management skills. *Detailed-oriented and capable of working independently or as part of a team. *Willing to conduct site inspections and travel to project locations when required.
