Night Receptionist

At this moment, we are looking for: Night Auditor / Night Receptionist for our hotel, ERGON HOUSE in the center of Athens. The ideal candidate is one who combines professionalism and authentic hospitality, manages every request effectively, and understands that the first impression is what lasts. Position Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and perform all check-in & check-out tasks
• Manage online and telephone reservations
• Provide immediate, personalized, and effective service to all guests
• Coordinate and communicate with the housekeeping staff to ensure room cleanliness
• Maintain updated reservation and payment records

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with PMS system
• Possession of a degree related to the field will be considered an extra qualification
• English is essential, knowledge of another language is considered an additional qualification
• Excellent use of computer and MS Office
• Communication skills
• Team spirit
• Customer-centric approach
