We are currently looking for:

Maid for our hotel, ERGON HOUSE in the center of Athens.

The ideal candidate is someone who has passion for what they do, works with consistency, and understands that their work is an integral part of the smooth operation of the team.

Main responsibilities and duties:

• Daily cleaning of the facilities with professional integrity and attention to detail
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy space both in the rooms and in the common areas of the hotel
• Checking stocks in storage areas and replacing them when required
• Immediate reporting to supervisors regarding damages, shortages, and any other issues of smooth operation
• Effective and polite communication with the reception desk / supervisors at all times
• Strict adherence to the schedule and reporting to supervisors at the end of the shift
• Handling customer complaints / requests with professionalism, friendliness, and patience
• Strict adherence to hygiene and safety rules, having knowledge of the practices followed by the hotel
• Maintaining a professional, well-groomed, and organized appearance at all times

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to take initiative, enthusiastic and customer-oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks and effective time management
• Fast execution of tasks without compromising on quality
• Knowledge of English
• EU citizenship or having a valid residence and work permit in Greece
• Team spirit
