Event Coordinator

Currently, we are looking for: Event Coordinator to join our team in our new innovative project at the Kentriki Agora Thessaloniki store. Location: Thessaloniki. Your role as Event Coordinator provides you with the opportunity to work on one of the most exciting and innovative projects in Greece. Key Responsibilities: Organizing, planning, and executing events, taking on project management within timeframes. Coordinating and overseeing all details before and during the event. Communicating with clients to identify their needs and ensure their satisfaction. Managing calls and emails. Organizing setups and managing all event details. Identifying staff requirements and coordinating their activities. Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience is preferred Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills Ability to independently manage multiple events Team spirit and a positive attitude Knowledge of English
