At this moment, we are looking for:
Waiter / Waitress & Assistant Waiter for Ergon House in the center of Athens.
The ideal candidate is one who pays attention to detail, perceives the needs of the visitor, and understands that the quality of service is what makes the difference.
Responsibilities:
- You are invited to offer the best possible service to customers and your colleagues
- You are responsible for receiving and processing orders
- To know the products and the menu and be able to provide information and details when requested
- To understand and use the order-taking software
- Take care of the cleaning and maintenance of your area within hygiene and cleanliness standards
- To work with speed, but always with attention to the quality of the product and service
- You are invited to support your team for smooth operation
Required Qualifications:
- You have experience and passion for the hospitality and catering industry
- You have a pleasant personality and are friendly and helpful to customers
- You enjoy teamwork and common goals
- You are committed to detail. Quality and consistency are very important to us
- You inspire confidence and trust in your colleagues and your team
- Excellent use of English is necessary
- Previous experience in a similar restaurant position (required)
