Shift Supervisor / Captain

ERGON is a growing company in the catering and hospitality sector with over 26 stores in more than 5 countries worldwide (Greece, Cyprus, UK, Qatar, United Arab Emirates). At ERGON, we are looking for enthusiastic and hungry people to staff our team. Currently, we are looking for: Shift Supervisor - Captain for our new innovative Project in the Central Market of Thessaloniki.

The ideal candidate is someone who has passion for what they do, is service-oriented, and is willing to transform a visit to our space into a unique experience for the visitor. Previous experience in a similar position is required. Your duties: You are responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant during your shift. You ensure customer satisfaction and manage any complaints or other issues during the shift. You organize the posts and the schedule of the staff members working in the department.
