Captain / Shift Supervisor

We are currently looking for:

Captain / Shift Supervisor for Ergon House in the center of Athens.

The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in team management, quickly perceives the needs of the space, and understands that their role is crucial to the experience the visitor undergoes.

Your duties:

• You are responsible for the smooth operation of the store premises
• You are the shift supervisor for the departments and events of the restaurant premises
• You ensure customer satisfaction and manage any complaints or other issues during the shift
• You organize the posts and the schedule of the staff members employed in the restaurant

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in similar positions
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively manage time, organization of tasks, and priorities
• You enjoy teamwork and common goals
• You inspire confidence and trust in your colleagues and your team
