Assistant Accountant

As an Assistant Accountant, your role will focus on providing essential support to the accounting team in its daily operations. Job Description: Organization, classification, and filing of accounting documents and financial records, ensuring easy and immediate access to necessary data. Entry and verification of purchases and related documents in the accounting/ERP system. Entry and verification of expenses, with an emphasis on the accuracy and completeness of the relevant documents. Checking and closing cash registers, as well as identifying and investigating any differences or discrepancies. Entry and support of accounting entries regarding cash movements and transactions. Supporting the team during the monthly closing process through the timely completion of entries, checks, and reconciliations. Performing balance reconciliations and supporting the investigation and resolution of any discrepancies. Collaboration with other company departments for the collection, verification, and correct transmission of necessary financial data. Required Qualifications: Degree in Finance & Accounting or a related field Work experience in a similar position of at least 1 year Excellent knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with SoftOne Good knowledge of the English language Desired Qualifications Analytical thinking and critical ability. Effective organization, planning, and coordination of tasks. Team spirit and ability to cooperate. Adaptability to new conditions and the evolving requirements of the job.
