Job Description: Review clean energy grant applications for eligibility and completeness

Process payment requests and interface with applicants throughout the grant process

Identify and categorize potential application errors and communicate them to applicants and clients

Help develop and maintain a public-facing government data dashboard

Analyze, collect, and organize data to support greenhouse gas, energy, and water reduction projects, benchmarking, and reporting

Research and develop briefing materials on sustainability topics, including decarbonization and building and fleet electrification

Provide additional data analysis and technical communications support on environmental, sustainability, and public health topics

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or a related field

Minimum of one year of experience working with environmental or sustainability-related data

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools preferred

Experience with data visualization software, such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense

Familiarity with energy efficiency improvements, water conservation measures, and greenhouse gas emissions inventories

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including experience drafting technical reports and presenting findings

Experience working with and managing large, complex datasets

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus

Ability to take initiative, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks

The salary range for all positions depends on the years and type of experience.
