Product Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility for product management within one of our Product Marketing teams
• Gathering information through communication with opinion leaders and users
• Product Owner within the framework of agile project management
• Responsible for the technical definition of customer and market requirements as well as the creation of specifications (Lastenhefte) in coordination with internal departments
• Collaboration in product development project teams to develop detailed technical requirements
• Definition and verification of product usability as well as collaboration in the design of product design and ergonomics
• Conducting product-related benchmarking
• Interface function to internal customers such as Development, Research & Basic Technology, QM and International Approval, Sales
• Conducting customer product surveys
• Cooperation with external project partners

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Successfully completed studies in Medical Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical degree program
• Experience in product management, ideally in medical technology with products in the fields of Gynecology, Urology, or General Surgery
• Clinical and medical expertise
• Persuasiveness and strong communication skills
• Initiative and clear result orientation
• Analytical thinking
• Interest in technically sophisticated products
• High interest in software applications and digital products
• Very good written and spoken English skills
