Global Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participation in projects and workshops for the Global Sales Operations area
• Collaboration in the description and further development of processes and work instructions on a global level
• Competent contact person for internal specialist departments and global subsidiaries
• Categorizing global processes according to responsibility and coordinating these with other specialist departments
• Performing tests according to specifications (e.g., IT applications) and creating test documentation
• Identifying and communicating process gaps
• Support during product introductions and phase-outs (phase-in/phase-out), including checking information and coordination with the Marketing department
• Maintenance and updating of article and price master data
• Creating and preparing departmental evaluations

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable
• Sound knowledge of sales processes and affinity for working with processes and IT systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, …)
• Very good MS Excel user skills as well as experience in handling an ERP system
• Ideally experience in handling BI-Tools
• Strong communication skills and solution-oriented action
• Structured way of working and strong affinity for numbers as well as analytical skills
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
