Your role as Group Financial Controller Our Group Finance organization is in full motion. A group-wide IT transformation is bringing together the systems and data of our units onto one shared basis. This creates space to uniformize controls, reports, and working methods across countries and to embed AI into the core of our processes. As a financial controller, you help shape a picture that is both reliable and relevant for those steering by it. You step in at the moment when the foundation is laid and the reorganization begins. You will be given the space to shape this new landscape yourself and to develop within it: a clean slate, within a group that invests seriously in it.
As Group Financial Controller, you will work on issues typical of a growing international group: consolidation across multiple countries, processing acquisitions, and harmonizing a landscape that is uneven due to takeovers. You are co-responsible for the consolidated reporting and for the quality and timeliness of the figures, which are actually used for steering. You interface with the finance colleagues in the units, work with Business Control on consistent management information, and are one of the contact points for the external accountant. You share responsibility for the reports from review to closing, with substantive depth, in an environment where the space to improve things is truly provided.

- Acquisitions: Participating in the financial processing and integration of acquisitions, including purchase price allocation.
- Controls, reports, and tooling: Harmonizing controls and reports and thinking along about our tooling (NetSuite, Tagetik, Power BI) towards AI-supported processes.
