Associate Business System Analyst

Your tasks

To process and analyze large datasets, prepare reports, and provide meaningful insights to support business decision-making and operational improvements.

• Process and analyze large datasets using Microsoft Excel and professional PDF tools.
• Extract information, interpret results, and provide conclusions to support decision-making.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Support reporting and data analysis activities, preferably within Learning & Development.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications

• Preferred major: bachelor degree in Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; distance-learning and online degrees are not accepted.
• 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and professional PDF tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and reporting capabilities.

Preferred certifications

• HR-related certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
