Your tasks
- Execute Head Office system-based operational transactions, including: Early settlements, Loan closures, Loan cancellations, Installment freezing, unfreezing, and refreezing.
- Follow up operational inquiries from branch Operation Officers and provide centralized support and guidance.
- Process manual collection postings received from Finance or payment service providers.
- Support month-end operational closing activities in coordination with the Finance Department.
- Review prepare, and issue customer clearance certificates after confirmed loan settlements and completion of required cooling-off periods.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and FRA regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review memoranda related to loan cancellation cases and coordinate delivery with Finance
