Junior Program Engineer (Operation NPI Program Management) (6-months contract)

Job Description
- Track project schedules, milestones, action items, and key deliverables.
- Support NPI projects from prototype builds through production release.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Operations teams.
- Follow up on project actions and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Schedule and coordinate project review meetings and follow up on action items.
- Support manufacturing readiness, pilot builds, and production ramp-up activities.
- Assist with BOM validation, ERP setup, and engineering change implementation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in NPI, project coordination, manufacturing, or operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings and GD&T is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
