Job Posting: Experienced Installer ? TWIN Equipment, Scarborough Location: 2215, Midland Ave, Scarborough, ON Position Type: Full-Time

TWIN Equipment is currently looking for an Experienced Installer to join our team in Scarborough. If you're a skilled tradesperson with a passion for working with heavy-duty equipment and a strong background in installations, this is the opportunity for you!

As an Installer with TWIN Equipment, you will be responsible for the installation of dump bodies, service bodies, cranes, and various other equipment as required for upfitting. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a team-oriented culture, where your expertise will contribute directly to the quality and success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install dump bodies, service bodies, cranes, and other equipment based on customer specifications.
• Work with a variety of tools including welders, torches, grinders, drills, and other power tools as needed for installation.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the installation of heavy-duty equipment, with a strong understanding of upfitting processes.
• Must have your own basic tools for installation work.
• Comfortable working with welders, torches, grinders, drills, and other power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high standards of work and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver?s license.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $27 to $30 per hour, based on experience.
• Full benefits: 100% covered by the company, including health, dental, and vision.
• RRSP: Company contribution of up to 1.5% of your annual salary after a 3-month probationary period.
