Job Description & Requirements

• Manage day to day operation and report to manager
• Collaborate with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
• Assign tasks to workers and monitor work progress to meet production schedules.
• Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor the use of raw materials, tools, and equipment to minimize wastage.
• Ensure workers follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
• Coordinate with management on production planning, manpower allocation, and delivery schedules.
• Train and guide workers to improve productivity and workmanship.
• Inspect finished products and arrange for rectification of defects when necessary.
• Maintain production records and report daily work progress to management.
