In a context of growth and structuring of our information systems, the DOMUSA Group, a recognized player in the design and maintenance of airborne aeronautical equipment and composite solutions, is recruiting for its subsidiary EQUIP'AERO INDUSTRIE, a/an:

Your tasks

Reporting to the Group CIO, you are the guarantor of the ERP strategy and its implementation on a Group-wide scale. In this capacity, you drive the convergence of existing systems and support business units in digital transformation.

Your main missions

• Define and deploy the Group ERP strategy
• Drive system convergence and migration projects
• Manage ERP deployment, migration, and evolution projects
• Guarantee operational performance and data quality
• Supervise integrators and software publishers
• Ensure monitoring of ERP solutions in the sector (SAP, IFS, Trax, AMOS.)
• Management of ERP maintenance and evolutions (Sage X3, Sylob.)
• Guarantee the quality, consistency, and governance of data
• Structure master data (parts, bills of materials, suppliers.)
• Support business units in digital transformation
• Support users and lead key users
• Coordinate business, IT, and external partner teams

Requirements

Holding a Bac+4/+5 in computer science, you possess significant experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar position with advanced configuration on an ERP. (Position open to an experienced technician profile or engineer.)

You possess true listening skills and a good analytical mind.

You are determined, a good communicator, and pragmatic.

You enjoy being operational while performing functional management.

• Confirmed experience in industrial ERP environments
• Mastery of ERPs such as Sage X3, Sylob, Movex or MRO ERP
• Good knowledge of the aeronautical sector and its challenges (MRO and/or OEM)
• Solid understanding of industrial and supply chain processes
• Knowledge of IS architectures and interfacing
• Tools: SQL, Crystal Reports, Power BI
• An ability to move from theory to practice
• An appetite for field work and teamwork
• Strategic vision and structuring capacity
• Strong ability to influence (transversal position without hierarchical management)
• Excellent interpersonal skills (interface between business / IT)
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Pedagogy and change management support
